Flash Ludo
OBJECTIVE: Roll a six on the dice to get out of the castle, move your pieces along, hit others, and return to home base.

Ludo is derived from the ancient Indian game "Pachisi" which was originally played with cowries and beehive shaped pieces. Even The Emporer Akhbar the first of the Mogul Empire played the game on giant boards in the 16th century using slave girls for counters.

Unfortunately, we do not have any slave girls for you, neither do we have a giant board. But We're sure you'll still enjoy our Flash Version of this ever classic board game.

The object of the game is for players in turn, race each other around the circuit to be the first to get all of their counters to the HOME base. When counters are knocked off they are returned to the starting square.
CONTROLS: Your Mouse and left click...

Each game begins with your counters (green) in the Starting Circles in front of your castle. You must throw a 6 by clicking with your Mouse on the dice before the can move a counter onto the track. Every time you throw a 6 you get another throw and you can move any one counter the number shown on the dice. If your counter lands on one of your opponent's they are knocked off and returned to the Starting Circles.

When a counter goes all the way round the board it can enter the Home Column (comprises 4 Home Circles - same color as your counters). To land in a Home Circle, you must throw the exact number of steps needed to get in. The winner is the first player to get all four counters to the Home Column.
